Eric D. Mitchell founded the Firm in September 2013 with his brother, Tom.  Tragically, Eric passed away suddenly on August 18, 2017.  He was a great friend and partner, and a successful, dedicated and talented lawyer.  He is missed by his family, colleagues, and clients.
